For lovers of pasta, we recommend a mouthwatering classic, Sicilian style maltagliati, with aubergine, served in ‘just that something special’ that only true professionals can provide, fresh tomato sauce with basil and mozzarella.
Our menu offers delights such as sirloin steak served in a delicate truffle and foie gras sauce; legendary antipasti like zucchini marinated in balsamic vinegar, tricolor carpaccio (salmon, monkfish, and spinach) and the delicious cartoccio spaghetti with seafood, served in a terracotta dish under a pasta topping.
